Most of the base mileage have been swam, rode on and ran, but the final 3 weeks leading to this year’s Philippine Ironman 70.3 will be the toughest and longest training weeks for me.

My schedule for the next two weeks:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Swim ( at least 2.5K )
Wednesday: Brick ( 30K+Bike – 5K+ Run )
Thursday: Endurance Run ( 16K+)
Friday: Brick ( 20K Bike – 5K run )
Saturday: Swim 2K – Bike 70K
Sunday: Brick ( Bike 75K – Run 15K )

Then a taper week on the week of the event.

Should be fun!
